333g Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 333g platform at 333g.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of 333g immediately.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 333g with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or arrangements. 333g reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior individual notice; the current version of the Terms & Conditions is always the binding one and is available at 333g.ws/terms-conditions.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 333g, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 333g strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any point during account registration or following a withdrawal request.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration. 333g does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register using your own valid personal details, including a Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. Registration using false, borrowed, or third-party information is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of 333g or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.

333g reserves the right to request identity documents and proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on 333g. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same personal details or different identities, is a material breach of these terms. By registering, you agree to the following account obligations:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333g username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify 333g support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 333g will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at all times. If your registered details change (for example, your primary Bangladesh mobile number), you must update them via 333g support promptly.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold or at any time as required by 333g's internal compliance procedures. Documents may include national ID, passport, or utility bill.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

333g supports deposits and withdrawals via major Bangladesh mobile financial services and selected bank channels. All financial transactions on the 333g platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit, however 333g reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 hours for standard mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is registered in the name of the account holder. 333g does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your 333g wallet balance. Contact 333g support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error before placing any wagers.
• 333g does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own standard service fees, which are outside 333g's control.

333g reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification or if a transaction is flagged by internal fraud-detection systems. In such cases, 333g support will contact you for further information.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

333g offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer and to the following general conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. 333g reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any bonus claim.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

The following general game conditions apply:

• Depositing funds originating from illegal or fraudulent activities, including the use of stolen payment credentials, compromised bKash or Nagad accounts, or any method involving financial fraud.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 333g platform or in any third-party game. Any such exploitation must be reported to 333g support immediately. Players who exploit bugs rather than reporting them will be subject to account termination.

333g cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence agencies in Bangladesh and internationally when fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is suspected. Account balances associated with prohibited conduct may be withheld indefinitely pending investigation.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

333g reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provide required documentation within a reasonable time following a 333g support request.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests made under 333g's responsible gaming policy. Following a voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333g, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the 333g platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of funds, or service interruptions, regardless of whether 333g has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

333g's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their 333g account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 333g platform — including but not limited to the 333g brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 333g or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any 333g content without the prior written consent of 333g.

12. Amendments to These Terms

333g reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published at 333g.ws/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of 333g following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Where a material change is made to these Terms & Conditions, 333g will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. However, 333g cannot guarantee delivery of such notifications and the revised terms become effective on publication regardless.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 333g platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 333g support at [email protected]. 333g will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within 30 days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause limits 333g's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
